ELKA’S LAST WEEK Elka Haeckel: Co-founder @elkayoga This week we say goodbye to our juiciest goddess, our co-founder, our spirited spirit guide, our love- Elka. ... Join Elka for her last week of classes so she can give you all a proper goodbye Monday at 12 pm Restorative- lower back & happy hips Tuesday at 9am Ayurveda-Yoga Wednesday/ Friday @12pm Restorative-lower back and happy shoulders Thursday at 9m Grateful Flow- A great class to start your day filled with love. Friday @12pm- Restorative & Yoga Nidra *LAST CLASS* But, it’s not really a goodbye, it’s a see you later! Elka will be returning in the spring and summer for YTTs and workshops. She will be back again in the fall and winter for immersions and a very special retreat (you’ll have to stay tuned for ). Plus, she’s still offering all her online yoga classes, just with a slightly different background . Elka, we wish you the best of luck on your next chapter in life. We can’t wait to see you again

HEATED OUTDOOR YOGA It looks like that time of year again, 50 at night means Winter in San Diego. But, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. All of our outdoor classes are HEATED! We’ll light the fire outside while we practice lighting our fire on the inside. With the cold creeping in, it’s more important than ever to keep those muscles warm and those juices flowing to reduce injury and stay energized. So grab your comfy yoga clothes and head over to the Center. We have heate...d outdoor yoga every day of the week and blankets are always available! Namasté everyone, So..I am ready to announce Here is the truth...from my heart Some of you might already know or maybe not, but it is time for me to go back to my roots, to my home, to my family in Brazil . I am not leaving for good, after all, everything is uncertain right now. I truly feel that this pandemic time came as an opportunity for all of us to wake up and really listen to our hearts and our values in life; and for me, my value is FAMILY . I will continue... to do what I love teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings, retreats, coaching around the globe. @elkayogaandwellness will be continuing the same as my dear soul sister and business partner @annabundantlife will continue to run the Center with all her love as she has always been given to the Center. I will be keeping my regular classes online (but with the Rio scene background) It has been very emotional for me to make this decision. I’ve been here in the US half of my life, 21 years, and I am so grateful for all the blessings this country and people gave me. I can’t even write much about my feelings as I am feeling so vulnerable today and I am embracing my vulnerability because it takes courage to be vulnerable. But yes, I am grieving yet I am excited and happy to be with my family. I am leaving to Brazil on December 1st and I would love to see you all if possible before I leave. I am planing in coming back in January 20th for three weeks for teaching an immersion and workshops. I will be also leading another training in the Spring and Summer here in San Diego at the Center (More information coming soon) So... I am only making Brasil my base but the world is my place. I will be leading also retreats in Tulum in the Spring and in Rio in the Fall 2021 For me, you all are my family and it is because of you; my community, my students, my teachers, my boyfriend, my friends that I am here and do what I love. I love you all and thank you for all the support, love and Comnection. You will be forever in my heart and in my life no matter where I go. No matter how far we can be apart from each other, we will be always connected through that SPANDA (the creative pulse) that connects us all ...And remember.....
