So I biffed the first matzo crack by adding salty peanuts... not kosher for Passover, but delicious! I did three versions, one with toffee and no nuts, and another full sheet with milk chocolate and salty peanuts and caramel in place of the toffee! Then I did a version with salted chopped almonds and toasted pecans. Cross contamination, likely! We’ve got 1 pound containers for 10 bucks.
