This Saturday we will be at the beach again 9am. I will have hydration drinks preworkout drinks and post workout protein Bars and meal bars for $5 each all packaged u just need ur water bottle this is for anyone that needs that good FUEL before after the workout. We will also set up and party all day at the beach so bring your cooler, towels, beach chairs, table, dominoes, tanning lotion and sunblock....oh and dont forget your bikini and shorts :).

My baby there is so much I want to say but I will be crying like I did yesturday at his celebration. Today is the day they will graduate virtually. Tomorrow they will pick up there diploma and At the end of June wine hope to have a bigger celebration:) I'm just so proud of him and every 2020 graduate...because...well I'm not gonna go on and on but u all know why these High School Seniors will always have our love n support.
