This week has been amazing for training such great energy and people having fun laughing and learning...at least we can control this part out our lives at the moment in time and make every day as enjoyable as possible as well and get amazing training daily with truly amazing people...I can’t thank you all enough for making it all so enjoyable

Elite friends and family, we would like to wish everyone a happy New Year. We are looking forward to training and being more successful in everything that we do in the coming year. This past year has been very difficult for many people, but we hope everyone can find something positive that they achieved during these difficult times and focus on the positives instead of the negatives that the year brought us. I also want to thank everyone who has been supporting us over the past year...your support means more than words can even say. Truly, you have truly treated us like family, and we cherish each and every one of you. So again, thank you from the bottom of my heart... Let’s start the year off right and find something to truly go after as far as goal-setting, and then make it happen no matter what. Don’t let anything get in the way...!

Need another gift idea? Elite has put together pre-packed Survival/E-CRK kits for sale! Most people have thought about or assembled some basic survival and ...medical kits for their home (especially this year!), but did you know that you should have one in each car as well? At your office? It’s impossible to say when you will need it, but if you aren’t at home when an emergency happens, your home kits won’t be of much use. Shihan Brian assembled this compact kit based on his extensive field experience, both remote and urban. He wanted to be sure to create a kit that would be truly useful, since most pre-assembled survival/medical kits leave out important items such as a large Quik Clot, multi-tools, and tourniquets due to cost...but these items are essential in a well-rounded emergency kit! Elite’s survival/Enhanced Care Response kit includes everything seen here, and we will assemble them and have them ready for pickup (or local drop off) before Christmas. I truly hope everybody has a beautiful and blessed Thanksgiving day. Please take the time to enjoy the ones that you love, whether it be friends or family or both...it’s so very important that we acknowledge the importance of those in our lives that are there for us through the hard times as well as the good times. It speaks for who they are and what they mean to us. I hope everyone who has family and gets to spend the day with them truly appreciates what they have...please... don’t take them for granted...once they are gone you will only be able look back on the time you spent with them and the importance that they had had in your life...So please be sure to let them know how much they mean to you as well as how much you love them. I also wanted to take the time to thank everyone who has helped and supported Elite through all these difficult times. It’s always a Great Day of CQB/ CQC training when we get to help and support the people who need what we do the most to help them prepare to protect our citizens and our country both here in the United States and accross the world...Helping The different branches of the military has always been a true pleasure and honor for me,..Especially the group of Marine instructors that we get to assist...Such amazing people and amazing Marines...It is my honor truly I could not find be...tter examples of what the true side of the Martial Discipline then the Head instructors of the Marine program I have been allowed to assist and work with... Thank you to Sam and Katie for your help with this batch of warriors..I am super excited to see how these instructors excel in the future... Worked with Kenny Johnson to come up with the heavy wrestling focus within our combative clinch programs that fits into every Curriculum I developed for the school... I have recently also added the Incredible system of Lethwei from my brother Dave Leduc...another truly incredible system that we alone can teach in all of Los angeles...I am the representative of Dave Leduc’s Lethwei system....I cannot say enough how well it all combines together in what we do for self Defense and Preservation....there are few systems in the world that translate so well into what we do.... Thank you Kenny Johnson and Dave Leduc...I look forward to what is to come for all of us together

Dear Elite Family, We miss you all! We are monitoring the health order situation very closely, and we'll be ready to re-open as soon as we're allowed. During this closure and ongoing social distancing, we would like to find ways to work with those of you who are interested. Please contact us if you are interested in Zoom privates or "spot checks," for help with training techniques and/or work with weight and striking equipment that you have at home. ... We are also open to arranging small group classes, held outside in our parking lot, involving striking and padwork. Please let us know if you're interested and we can form a group time. We can also arrange "socially distant" private or semi-private lessons, so please let us know if you're interested in that as well. During this crazy time, please stay in touch with us! We are trying to figure out ways to keep you all engaged and training until we can be on the mat again, and we're open to ideas and suggestions! Elite Family, I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for coming in and allowing me to teach you... I can’t tell you how much I love it. I truly would do it until I could not move anymore...it’s such a passion of mine and I love every minute of it with you. I am so very happy to be back on the mat as much as I am...I think back on all the time I missed and it just makes me want to teach you all even more, so thank you all so very very much.... We will be opening Room 1 soon as well, and I will have some of the other incredible instructors teaching you. I love that they get to be on the mat as well...I know that they enjoy it as much as I do, and I wish I could be in their classes as well to enjoy what they are doing. I am also so excited that you guys are here and part of the rebirth and rebuilding after all we have been through...it truly will be amazing.
