Congratulations to our Elite Global Travelers who successfully completed our most recent Italian Cuisine Class with Chef Tommaso live from Italy! Thanks to Florencetown and the Diadema Cooking School for providing us with an excellent and interactive lesson in cooking Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce and Ragu Finto. We loved the hands-on experience! We can't wait until we can provide our Elite Global Travelers with cooking classes in Italy, but until then we love cooking with Chef Tommaso from our homes!

Since our Elite Global Travelers aren't able to travel to cooking class in Italy right now, we brought an Italian chef to their kitchens! Thank you to Chef Tommaso and our partners at Florencetown - Authentic Hospitality in Tuscany - for a wonderful experience. We learned how to make Biscotti and Tiramisu with Chef Tommaso's expert guidance. The interactive class was so fun, and the results are delicious. We can't wait to cook together again!
