Bon apple tea!!!
Hey guys, a talented young woman named Madi made a youtube video about my food, I would love to know what you think! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIW5YOIFvTA&feature=youtu.be
Hey guys, so I am working on my business idea that I posted about a while back, using my background as a chef and a massage therapist to teach men how to pamper their women properly. What I need your help with, is a name. I have delusions of grandeur, making the "elite" brand, elite cooking, elite entertainment, elite this, elite that. So, got any ideas? I was thinking something like "Elite College", or "Elite Man School", or "School of Elite Men" or something, but I am not in love with any of my ideas.
Ron Flate, the attorney of my business group, examining that cheesecake closely, with no objections!
Here's another of the entire cake. Was a ton of fun making this! As I said before, this will be the cheesecake dessert, for Elite Cooking's pop up dinner with chef Jared in mid-February
Handmade cheesecake, with a strawberry swirl, and garnish with strawberries. The strawberry swirl was handmade from the strawberry puree, a little bit of sugar, and lemon juice. The crust was handmade also, from graham crackers and a little butter. This will be the dessert at Elite Cooking's pop up dinner in Los Angeles. Now this song is stuck in my head!
I don't think anyone except my chef friends will TRULY understand my excitement today. I was downtown shopping for ingredients for a cheesecake I will post tomorrow, and I got 25 pounds of chocolate for $30! The box is usually 2.5x that! On top of that, this supplier NEVER has the kind of chocolate I like (60% dark), they haven't for a few years!
Almost sushi dinner, sushi grade tuna, quickly seared and served over some amazing sushi rice with a citrus teriyaki sauce and a side salad, with Nori, the seaweed you would find in sushi, instead of lettuce, and assorted vegetables you might find in sushi, dressed with a light lemon juice and olive oil dressing. The entree for the 3 course pop-up dinner I am doing 7:30 PM on February 19 in Los Angeles, and my Facebook friends and family get 25% off! RSVP now, seating is limited! Black Tiger Shrimp cocktail with spicy marinara sauce, the appetizer for the 3 course pop-up dinner I am doing 7:30 PM on February 19 in Los Angeles, and my Facebook friends and family get 25% off! RSVP now, seating is limited!
I am doing a tasting next week, tasting foods and how they got with coffee and which coffees they are best with. This is just an experiment, and as such, when I open invitations, I am simple trying to make a little money back, not make a profit, at least not yet on this menu. Would anyone be interested in coming? I am thinking tickets for like $8 The tentative menu for now is: Coffee braised short ribs Coffee pasta ... Sugar free Coffee mousse And then I think we'll do a second tasting with, among other things, coffee s'mores, with coffee marshmallows and coffee truffles. Of course all handmade. Anyone who comes to the first, will have first dibs on a seat at the second tasting P.S. This is a tasting with a gourmet coffee brewery I am starting to work with
Finally...bananas with no bones !
More of making pasta by hand
