Here are the upcoming contests we have planned in May: 5/3 Then vs. Now - share a photo of your pet as a puppy or kitten vs. now 5/10 Goofy Video - show us the goofiest video of your pet 5/17 Best Dressed - does your pet have style? We want to see... 5/24 Steps Challenge - take your pet for a stroll to earn your steps For every submission we receive, we will be donating $3.00 to RedRover! Start preparing for our contests now, and we are so excited to see your submissions next month! #ElevateTheEveryday

It is now time to reserve your paint kit for our Virtual Paint Night on Friday, April 9th at 5:30 PM via Facebook Live! Head over to our resident portal to sign up. The kits are limited and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. We can't wait to paint the night away with you!

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward tonight for Daylight Saving Time. Although we lose an hour of sleep, we are excited to gain more daylight, so we can get out and explore in our backyards! #ElevateTheEveryday

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our offices will be closed on Monday, January 18th. We honor and remember Martin Luther King Jr. as a pivotal advocate for Black Americans. King was a worldwide leader for peace and civility, and his vision of equality helped shape the Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act, and Fair Housing Act. Last year, Sequoia brought together a group of team members committed to identifying and defining our mission and vision on diversity. This ...task force is working on initiatives to bring awareness of the topic to our company and the industry. There is still much work to be done. On this day, we encourage everyone to consider Martin Luther King Jr.’s lasting impact on our society and to continue his vision towards a better future where all people will no longer be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Throughout 2020, we hosted some fun and creative activities to help bring a smile to our residents across all of our communities.
