Our offices will be closed tomorrow 3/12, for our teams to take the day to rest and recharge. Each team member worked hard to complete our company-wide Steps Challenge last month to reach our 20,000 miles goal and earn this reward! #ElevateTheEveryday

Meet Victor, our Service Technician here at Shadow Ridge! Victor has been with Shadow Ridge for just about a year and a half. Some of his favorite parts about the job are completing maintenance repairs in your homes to make sure you are happy at Shadow Ridge. Outside of work Victor spends his time with his family, he also like to tinker with electronics and work around the house. Victor is a local and was born in Westlake Village. His favorite food is hamburgers, especially from In N Out. His favorite place he has traveled is O’ahu, Hawaii, and the place he would love to go to is the Grand Canyon. Say hi to Victor when you see him!

CONTEST: Halloween may look a little different this year, and we wanted to give you a reason to dress up for the occasion with 3 costume contests for kids, adults & pets too! Here’s how you enter: TAG US or comment below with a picture of your Halloween costume You must be following us Each person can have 3 submissions (One of their costume, their childs costume, & their pets costume) All photos must be submitted by 10/31 at 11:59 PM... CONTEST: What’s Halloween without pumpkins?! Whether you carve, paint, or a mixture of both, it’s a tradition. We have provided some carving kits for our residents and now it’s time to show off your talents in our pumpkin carving contest! Here’s how to enter: TAG US or comment below with a photo of your pumpkin carving masterpiece One submission per resident All photos must be submitted by 10/31 at 11:59 PM ... We will gather all of the photos and have our team members vote for their favorite pumpkin! The winner will receive a $25 gift card and will be announced on Thursday 11/5. Meet Moises, our Leasing Consultant here at Shadow Ridge! Moises has been with Shadow Ridge for 5 1/2 years. Some of his favorite parts about the job are helping residents and new move ins and holding resident events. Outside of work Moises loves to spend time with his wife, family, friends and nieces and nephews. Moises was born in Inglewood. His favorite food changes daily but right now it is Chicken Parmigiana. His favorite place he has traveled is Notre Dame in Paris, and says it is the most beautiful and jaw dropping place. Moises actually got to visit Notre Dame with his wife one month before the fire. The next place he would want to visit is more of an experience and it is to go to the World Cup and watch team USA play. Say hi to Moises when you see him!
