ELD Mandate

The FMCSA released four changes to the Hours of Service rules. These changes are on track to be implemented by September of this year. Elaine L. Chao, the US Secretary of Transportation says the changes will increase safety and flexibility for America’s truckers. The changes include modifications to: 30-minute break, short-haul driving qualifications, adverse driving condition, and the split-sleeper berth provision.
