If you or someone you know is having a tough time adjusting to motherhood (or being a mother of 2, 3, 4 or more) this group is a safe space to ask questions and to get answers from a licensed professional as well as support from other mammas in the community. I'll also be offering resources and info that focuses on all things mamma: how to keep your romantic connection with your part...ner, communication skills, self-care ideas and how to make them happen, bonding with baby help, and information about how postpartum mental health.
