Cherry type 1st place: Sun Gold (of course) 2nd place: Black Cherry Salsa Contest Winner ($100 Eisley Gift Certificate) Ken Britt of Grass Valley (#16) Hot Salsa: tomatoes & tomatillos, Serrano and Jalapeno peppers, cilantro, white, green and red onions, garlic and lime juice. Honorable Mention to 2nd place Salsa by David Flemmer of Meadow Vista Cyndi’s Fruit Salsa 2 Nectarines, 2 Peaches, 1 Plum, 2 Pluots, 2 Kiwi, 1 Pear, 1 Orange, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Jalapeno and 2 Serrano peppers, white sweet onion and red onion, juice of 2 limes, and cilantro.
