Happy Thanksgiving from eFind! We are thankful for all of our wonderful clients, employees and partners! Wishing you and your family a safe and lovely Thanksgiving! Our office will be closed at 3:00 PM PST on Wednesday, November 25th and all day on Thursday, November 26th. #

eFind has never experienced/faced anything like 2020. We had to abandon our office in California, there was a recession and we encountered unbelievable social unrest for months on end. To add to the laundry list, we had an incredible heat wave that produced dry lightning which started multiple fires across California. The smoke and air quality kept us inside for over 30+ days. We spent many days trying to figure out how to navigate this challenging period. Much of the challe...nge came from re-examining the basic assumptions of what our modern day work will look like in the future. Telecommuting has worked well for the entire team during the pandemic and we are hoping that this will be the case moving forward. We also realized that we should always have a physical office so that our team can huddle and collaborate when they feel like it. The eFind office officially re-opened today and it was surreal. The skies were blue and it was a balmy 80 degrees, which is rare for this time of year in California. The eFind team will be free to return to the office when they choose to do so.

Our top priority is to help prevent the spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19) by having our eFind employees work from home and pausing our travel plans. We feel a responsibility to contribute to the well-being of our community and not be a part of the problem.
