Had a great time marketing and passing out roses to mothers this weekend at the Senior Live Well Resource Fair in San Ramon. Reminding the community that pain should NOT be part of the normal aging process!

Last week I had the opportunity to visit Global Supply company in Hayward, CA to provide a wellness treatment visit for the employees. Also had a chance to give a presentation on proper posture and lifting techniques while working . Big thanks to David Asari for helping make this happen and Dr. Richard Wright for stopping by and assisting in treatment.
