COVID-19 is revealing the reality of significant health care disparities between populations with sever impact on African-American, Latino, the urban and rural poor and medically underserved. This podcast highlights these issues.

On behalf of everyone at Dr. Diao’s office, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19 this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but als...o their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees and patients. The situation is changing rapidly, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily minimize our office hours. We will be open for emergency only appointments on Thursday 3/19/2, Monday 3/23/2019, Tuesday 3/31/20 and Thursday 4/2/2020. We will be accepting emergency only walk-ins from 10 am to 2 pm on those days. Please email us at [email protected] for inquiries or leave a voice message to our office cell (415) 815-9575. The two-week closure will go into effect on Tuesday, March 17 and will end on April 7th. Please stay posted for updates on our website. There is no question this is a time of great uncertainty.
