Do you need someone outside of the inner circle of the family to work with your child? I get it I get call after call saying we work with our child at home but it’s a nightmare!... And it’s not your fault Trust me When I was 16...My mom was teaching me how to drive What a disaster that was! It's much better to study for one hour a day than to study for eight hours a single day. I remember when I used to do the "brute force" method and it was filled with tons of stress and anxiety... Once I switched gears to just simply being consistent...Everything changed!

One of the best ways to get children to learn and engaged in the process is by what I like to call gamify learning It’s where instead of giving just boring worksheets and saying hey do this boring piece of paper (no student learns like that effectively) I prefer... Hey, let’s play a game that just happens to involve something educational ... In my over 10 years of experience tutoring I have seen major improvements doing it this way over other methods that just feel so much like school. Kids learn so much better in person... let’s face the music. Distance learning is incredibly tough for everyone right now. Do everything you can to get them engaged in the learning process and off of their laptops if you can. ... I totally know parents are busy and it’s not an easy task. But right now we can just do the best we can.
