Sneak Peeking of Chefs' invention time @ Edomasa. Food is always evolving. So are Sushi / Sushi rolls. I don't know exactly how "California Roll" was born, but glad someone created it. I am guessing CA was the origin?!! Yum Yum. Flavors, Textures, Colors, all things are considered, then Voila There could be something amazing here, and you might see the new addition in the menu some day.
