Happy Monday, Here is a quick reminder if you're planning on buying a home in the future. There are many people that when planning to buy a home only budget for the Down Payment and completely forget about closing costs. Closing costs are different fees that are necessary to close a transaction like the recording of title, title insurance, underwriting fees, etc... and they range from 1% to 3% of the purchase price. ... Closing costs can be negotiated in the sale and have the sellers pay for the home however every case is different and unique and it will take preparation to do this.
