Downtown Disney is open-it really was this uncrowded Tuesday night. Temperature screening first, all required to wear masks and dogs and police quite visible. Outside dining at Uva, Earl of Sandwich, and take out at Black Tap and Salt and Straw (shortest line EVER at a Salt and Straw last night!)
