Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl

Thank you, everyone for making this first soft opening week a memorable one! We've just opened and we already have regulars who come in two or three times over the week. We are grateful for everyone's support! As we expand our hours and menu, please continue to come by and taste fresh, healthful, and delicious Vietnamese street food!

What a day! We served more than 60 patrons over a 2 hour lunch period. And that's without any advertisement or the like! Most memorable moment? The look on Di Tuyet's face when she realized that someone she thought was a homeless man was actually Father Luat.

Menu item #1: Roasted pork (xa xiu) with mayo, cucumber, cilantro, scallions, and pickled carrot and daikon. Pictured here with red jalapenos for the adventurous!
