Starting Monday the 29th we are taking a little spring break until 4/8. The last 3 months at our new restaurant have been an awesome wild ride, but we’re all ready to just take a minute to chill. Catch us through Sunday for your pizza, bagel, scone, sourdough, sandwich and salad needs! Or we’ll see you bright and refreshed in April!

If you’re a cruncher like me (I see you ice chompers and potato chip fanatics) you know the importance of a good crouton. The sourdough croutons we’ve been doing for our salads have developed a little following, so they’re getting their own spot on the bread shelf Killer in a salad, as a panzanella base, on soup, or out of hand- I won’t tell if you don’t ... #deathtofalsecroutons

Good news: We’re open tonight, and though we’ve been down one oven since Sunday, the pizza crew has been managing gracefully Better news: Our awesome oven tech is coming in tomorrow to get our middle deck up and running again Slightly less awesome news: We will have to start pizza service late tomorrow to allow for repairs. I’m thinking about 2, but not sure. We’ll be open at 11 with sandwiches though

All this pivoting is making me dizzy! I know outside dining is a thing again, but for the time being we’re going to stick to take out only. A lot of variables going into this decision, but primarily I want to make sure that when we are serving customers on site we are staffed and resourced in a way that we can do it safely and smoothly. Last night was really, really wild. I want to apologize to the folks who had to wait extra long at dinner service. We are trying hard to navigate increased demand, and our new online ordering system. Unfortunately, it’s been pushing through orders at an unreasonable pace and some folks had to wait well past their expected pick up times last night. This is all part of trying to work as safely as possible in this time, and we’re sorry that it caused us to fall short of expectations for some of you

Update from the elegant Employee Outside Dining area: We’ve been slammin’ all week, thank you so@much to everyone who has come out and supported our reopening! We’re still doing walk-up ordering only for the rest of the weekend, I know it’s a bit of a pain, but we will add in online ordering next week, and possibly phone orders, but I’m still figuring out if we can staff for that. We are doing bagels and scones in addition to lunch and dinner service tomorrow. Sorry, not pr...e-orders or individual bagel sandwiches this time around..it’s our first time doing bagels with our new set up, and I want to make sure the baking production side runs smoothly before adding other elements. We’ll open at 9. Alright, back to making sandwiches!

Along with our beloved thin crust sourdough pizzas we make deli sandwiches and sides on housemade breads and beautiful seasonal salads.
