Easy Vegan Meal Prep

It’s #hotchocolate time! Mmmm...these little #veganmarshmallows are so delicious. I made a vegan hot chocolate mix and combined it with hot water and soy milk to make this creamy delicious beverage. Here’s my recipe (save it for later): VEGAN HOT CHOCOLATE Makes 1 cup ... 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder 1 1/2 teaspoons organic sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons organic powdered sugar 1/2 cup hot water 1/2 cup soy milk 4-5 mini @mydandies marshmallows Combine all dry ingredients together in a mug. Add hot water and soy milk and stir well. Top with marshmallows and enjoy. For a sugar-free version, substitute the sugars with 6 drops stevia extract.

It’s super easy, here’s my recipe (save this post for easy reference): VEGAN PARMESAN Makes 1 cup... 1 cup raw cashews 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons yellow miso paste Directions: Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process for about 1 minute, or until mixture is crumbling like in this photo. Sprinkle this #vegancheese onto pasta, pizza or on salads. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
