I just recieved a e-mail from one of Our longtime customers , he was one of our testers when Gardner was still with us , he reported that he has 490000 miles on his Gold Rush !! That’s right ... four hundred and ninety thousand miles ... on his Easyracer !! Someone call Guinness !! Way to go Rand Milam !! You are my hero...

Good day All , Here is a long overdue update on the Status of Easyracers inc. In the quest to provide thousand s of our customers the parts and support they need , we spent the last year gathering data on what is needed , there are many parts that were discontinued , and re-designed , that being said , as we are NO longer doing the manufacturing in-house , we have been struggling with what to carry and the amount to order , this has been a delicate and excruciating exercise... , because the countries have doubled and tripled the Quantities that we need , this presents a huge problem , because we do not want to get stuck w inventories that might take years to sell . I have been trying to find local manufactures , but the costs for these items are going to rise , almost double , so it seems that we are perpetually struggling to find a way to keep our customers happy without losing money , We had good meetings at Interbike , and hopefully some of these leads will be productive . But this transition to off-shore manufacturing has proven to be very difficult , in the meantime Crista and Myself are trying hard to provide parts and service to our customers . This whole process has been difficult , frustrating and heart breaking for me . I appolgize to some of our customers who are clearly frustrated , and disappointed with our Service . I am committed to fixing this , but it’s going to take time for the re-structuring , re-organizing of this amazing brand .
