We don’t always build on Shopify but when we do you know we’re going to take it to the next level. DropLabs are all about a custom audio experience so we knew an entry level Shopify site wasn’t going to cut it. The result was a collaboration that provided a way to break out of the normal eCommerce conventions to build an advanced shopping site using only the good bits of #Shopify. We're hiring a part-time project manager who can work from our Silver Lake studio. If you think you're a triple threat; organized, personable and logical, then get in touch. You know the type of person who can charm the pants of a client on the phone, while simultaneously, updating our studio calendar, and remembering an obscure website our Creative Director referenced 2 days previous. Responsibilities... * Managing calendar, monitoring deadlines, and scheduling meetings * Re...sponding to phone and email inquiries * Managing internal workflow * Assisting in preparing materials for pitches and meetings You'll need to be... * Organized and able to manage a number of projects at once * Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with people * Very familiar with basic admin software and project management tools * A good communicator, with an eye for details We believe in working with passion, which is why we're looking for someone who cares about their work, isn't afraid to share their opinion, and is willing to DJ the office playlist every once in a while. Looking for part-time help (2-3 days per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. In this role, you will assist in the creation of websites, brand identities, and other digital assets. You will work collaboratively with a small team to make our clients (artists, agencie...s and lifestyle brands) happy... ecstatic! Since we're a boutique agency our team members are all experts in handling several projects with changing requirements, client requests, and tight deadlines. Who we are: a team of designers and developers who hate templates (and being the same as everyone else). We make one-of-a-kind digital experiences, set the next design trends, and all the while have a good time. We're selective about who we work with because we believe in loving what we do. What you'll need: a combination of great taste, superb design skills, a solid understanding of digital UX, excellent time-management skills and a love of problem-solving. We're only looking for people with an advanced Photoshop and Illustrator expertise, general technical savviness, great attention to detail, and critical thinking. Must be comfortable presenting your work to clients and working with feedback. Since we need to be ahead of the curve only technophiles need apply! If you want to knock our socks off: a well-rounded development skill set, including HTML and CSS abilities (Java is a bonus), wireframing, sketching, prototyping skills, experience with large-scale eCommerce projects, intimate knowledge of cross-browser compatibility standards.
