Wildcat Canyon Community School, a restructure of the East Bay Waldorf School, is a new parent/teacher-led collective offering pre-K through 5th grade. WCCS is ...dedicated to a progressive, developmental curriculum honoring the child’s natural phases of learning. Our method ignites the spark of individuality in each child, developing a lifelong commitment to learning, creativity, and social responsibility. These values flourish over a beautiful 91-acre campus adjacent to Wildcat Canyon in El Sobrante. This allows for a heavy focus on outdoor education, play, and a working exploration of Earth’s elements. WCCS offers sliding-scale tuition and welcomes all families to apply. It’s getting spookier everyday

Good news! Three Waldorf Graduates (and brothers, three) rowed their way to breaking three world records and to being the first team of brothers to row their way across the Atlantic Ocean. That's 3,000 miles! They attribute their resolve and their success to their Waldorf education. If our graduates have the stamina to row the Atlantic Ocean, what could possibly stop them from changing the world?
