Hello e3 Families, We unfortunately we will be delaying the return of cohorts 1 & 2 to campus on January 25th as we had hoped. We desperately want to bring our scholars back on campus but due to high cases of COVID-19 and increased transmissibility of the new strains we have determined that we will not have scholars back on campus. Tentatively we are targeting March 1st, however, we will reassess as we gain more clarity on the fluid situation. If we determine that we can re...turn earlier, we will immediately let families know. Thank you for your continued support and understanding and we apologize for scholars who are ready to return, do know we want you to return as badly as you want to return. Good morning e3 family, I hope this email finds you well. On September 11th, 19 years ago there was an attack on the United States (New York City, Arlington, Virginia, and others). It was the first attack on our land since Pearl Harbor and the first on the mainland in the history of this country. What happened that day was inspired by hate and the reaction to that event was inspired by love. Love of humanity and of country. On September 11, 2001, and the days that followed, A...mericans and city residents came together to save and comfort one another. As we look back on that time, there is a lot we can learn. We know that we can do more when we work together and respect each other. Love for fellow women/men unites and helps us to conquer our fears. Today as we take a moment to remember those who died on that day and the days following, let us pledge to be good humans and to care for one another, to do what we can each day to make the world a better place. ~ Dr. Ward

Even though we started the school year in distance learning, e3 continues to work with the San Diego County Office of Education and local public health to refine our plan for reopening our school facilities when it’s safe to do so. However, in the meantime, as is the case with the start of any new school year, all scholars must be current with their immunizations before they can start school, in person. There are no changes to the immunization requirements for the 2020-21 sch...ool year.
