We know this COVID-19 pandemic has affected many lives and our hearts go out to each and everyone one of you. As we continue to forge forward in support of our employees, customers and community we hope you are all safe and healthy. We will remain open during the California shelter in place, however we will be changing how we operate to protect employees and customers. We service cylinder heads and engines from all industries and vehicles including the following: - Motorcycles, Powersport & Small Engines - Import and Domestic OEM Passenger Vehicles & Trucks... - Light Duty Diesel & Service Equipment - Diesel Tractors & Farm Equipment - Hot Rods, High Performance & Race Engines At Dynicron we pride ourselves in a service first mentality with a quality first work ethic. Candidates should share this same core value. Individuals should also display independent decision-making skills, possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with others, the patience to learn and receive instruction. Duties will include the disassembly, cleaning, diagnosis and preparation of cylinder heads, engine components and assemblies. Knowledge of engines and general machining preferred, not required. We can teach the skills needed to a candidate with a great attitude and work ethic. The below abilities are a plus: - Able to read micrometers, dial bore gauges and dial indicators - Able to grind valves and replace guides - Able to resurface blocks and heads - Able to assemble and test cylinder heads Bilingual a plus as well!
