With the cold weather now here, remember to "rodent proof" your residence by sealing off any areas where they can easily gain entry such as broken screen vents if on a raised foundation. Sometimes there's a gap on the garage side door that can easily be fixed by a weather strip. Also, remember to keep any nearby trees trimmed at least three feet away from the roof.

Apparently our website had not been forwarding our e-schedule form to us, nor has it been forwarding any of our email that comes in off the site. After a lengthy talk and kick in the rear our webmaster got it straightened out. Everything's working again. :)
