Precious indoor engagements make the world go ‘round

In the world today, psychologists are diagnosing MANY people with hurry sickness, defined as this: a behavior pattern characterized by continual rushing and anxiousness; an overwhelming and continual sense of urgency. You ask someone how they are and 99% of the time it’s good, just busy. Guilty as charged, we really aren’t as busy as we think. Look at the screen time on your phone or how many hours spent watching Netflix or Tv. I was terrible about this, then i realized how much freedom there is in not being busy. Try it out this week, eliminate something from your schedule that you don’t incredibly need to do and spend that time being fully present with community or just do nothing truly at all both have helped my hurry sickens me struggle.
