As you may know, the Coronavirus has been a major issue in the world, also affecting California, and due to its rapid spread through our communities, we want to make sure that our patients and staff are all safe during this time. The American Dental Association, California Dental Association and The Center for Disease Control has recommended that dental offices suspend NON-ESSENTIAL and NON-URGENT dental treatments for the next 14 days. We follow standard precautions as outlined by the CDC and OSHA’s standards of infection control which entails that: - ALL Rooms be disinfected with medical-grade disinfectants before and after seeing all patients. - All instruments go through a sterilizing process to kill harmful microorganisms. - Our staff wears personal protective equipment during treatment and is disposed of right after. - All high-touch areas will be disinfected with more frequency. In compliance with recommendations for public health, we will be screening patients before treatment. If you present with a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc., you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
