Good afternoon everyone!!! Duo Dance Academy is starting a new class called Strong by Zumba instructed by Megan and Leah. Starting in June we will be having classes every Tuesday at 7:15pm and classes at noon every Thursday. There are two different punch cards options you can purchase at the studio- 5 classes for $60 and 10 for ONLY $100! . In each class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes through combining body weight, muscle coditioning, cardio an...d plyometric tarining moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every single move. .
