I missed the cool pink sky by two minutes, but Hula Skirt made it into cans today. Named for our little goofball Tyne, who simultaneously keeps us sane and drives us insane. Still 100% mosaic hopped, just a little bit bigger this time at 6.2%. Light, soft and fluffy with grapefruit and juicy fruit aromatics and a hint of crackery malt. #nutcracker

Moving beer around today so it can be canned in time for curbside pickup Tuesday. Tuesday will be our only curbside day next week, but we will be back to our normal Tuesday and Friday 4-7pm the following week. We tweaked our Hula Skirt into an imperial pale ale. Still a 100% Mosaic, just a little bigger.

Arrow is tired of us canning, not enough fetch today. Our only curbside pickup this week will be today from 4-7pm. We will be closed this Friday and next. Sneaking in a little time off to play some fetch.

We will be closed the next couple Fridays for the holidays, but we have some new ones for curbside pickup tomorrow. Another version of our oak aged Berliner Weisse, California Hello. This time with a hefty dose of Meyer lemon zest and a light handed addition of sea salt to round it all out. Like lemonade but a little better? Then we’ve got a new lager, Flores y Maiz. Brewed with German Pilsner malt, masa and Loral hops. Floral and lemony hop aromas, crackery malt and a bit of tamale or fresh tortilla that pops out somewhere in the middle.
