major water damage repair on a tile roof leak was so bad it had rotted multiple bats that hold the tiles and a few pieces of wood were completely destroyed removed all of the rot and repapered and put new bats in place where needed and relayed the tiles dont let this happen to you get that roof looked at before it becomes this much damage !

Small shingle repair today pulled out the oldies and renewed the roof with some new resawn shake shingles ! Sealed all pipes and renailed !

Just got done with this big project we had 7 squares of tile we had to remove as well as a rock roof 5 pieces of T1-11 plywood we had to replace and 50 ft of facial board along with a complete valley redo it came out great !

Dinensional shingle overlay, new metal drip edge , high profile ridge caps and seal and paint all pipes completed 11/24/2020 !
