OMG! OMG! OMGGGG!!! This place saved my life. I was using my husband's 15" MacBook Pro that accidentally fell from my lap. Though fully functional, it left a crack on the screen. I did not want to get my hubby upset as he is VERY possessive about his Apple devices - a big Steve Jobs fan. I just had to get it fixed w/o him knowing and in the very little time I had while he was away for work. I took it to DT&T and was told that it'll take around 3 - 4 hours. I told them it was... urgent... Gosh! I started praying hard that my husband doesn't return home before those crucial 4 hours, but to my very PLEASANT surprise, I got a call back from DT&T in less than an hour informing me that my Mac is all ready to be picked up. Woohoo!!! For a price of $350 and the time they took - it was totally worth it. PS - At the end of the day, I did tell my husband :)

Issue: MacBook retina screen pressure point "crack." Solution: DT &T Services...about 3 hours...and $350. An amazing bargain compared to the value of the machine (and compared to the $720 cost if done at apple store). Parts were in stock (major time saver), expertise was on hand, quality was delivered (great screen), and a personable smile and handshake was extended. Really happy with these guys. I recommend you try them out!... Chris
