Neck feeling STIFF, TIGHT or have a built up of PRESSURE due to all the computer and phone use?! Here are 4 simple stretches to improve your range of motion, decrease stiffness, and help you feeling amazing!! ... 1. h/ - to stretch your right trap you will be looking down to your left hip pocket! For a deeper stretch you will grab the base of your skull with your left hand! 2. / - for your right side you will slightly look up, move your left ear to your left shoulder. For a deeper stretch your left arm will push down on your right collarbone! 3. / - for your right side left ear will go to left shoulder (don’t raise your shoulder!) and your left arm will grab the side of your right head for a deeper stretch! 4. - put your chin to your chest and both hands will go to the base of your skull for a deeper stretch! *Do each side for 20-30 second holds, 3 times! These are general Neck stretches and needs vary from person to person! If you have chronic neck issues, get checked by Dr. Zamora so you do not flare up your symptoms!! #chiropractor #chiropractic #exercise #stretch #stretching #techneck #textneck #neckpain #instadaily #rangeofmotion #pain #neck

Enjoy the video and if you know of anyone that has been experiencing tingling, numbness or elbow pain, please call to schedule an adjustment today! Scoliosis Adjustment Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of our spine that places a pressure on nerve roots, compressing muscles on one side while stretching muscles out on the other! Your spine looks like a S when it should look like an I ... There are a lot of people that catch their scoliosis early in life but many walk around not knowing they have it!! Tips to see if you MAY have scoliosis: 1. Visible uneven difference in shoulder or hip height 2. Asymmetry in between rib cage 3. One shoulder blade sticks out If you HAVE scoliosis or KNOW of someone that has scoliosis, Chiropractic Adjustments + corrective exercises help remove pressure of those nerve roots, stretch out tight muscles while strengthening weak muscles so your SPINE is more ALIGNED! Here is Kevin’s Adjustment and Testimonial where he had been to a Chiropractor at 13 but had neglected his spinal health and his scoliosis became WORSE! We have now been treating him biweekly to keep him spinal joints healthy! In this video, we also use the COX traction to further mirror image his spine back into place! What is the proper way to be sitting at my desk while working from home?! As school has started back up for a lot of families and work for home seems to be the future, a TON of families are asking....How should I be seated to maintain overall good posture & spinal hygiene so I can avoid all the aches and headaches?! ... 1. Have your back touching your chair to support your low back and pelvis 2. STOP crossing your legs -> 3. Ankles should be DIRECTLY below your knees. Having your feet too far behind or in front will contract your hip flexors! 4. Hips and knees should be LEVEL! Making a nice 90 degree angle 5. Eyes should be level at your computer monitor to take tension off your neck and traps! Use old books prop up your computer to make it more ergonomic friendly!! And most importantly, to unglue sticky joints to help improve how you function, reduce your tension and let you express life at 110%! Dr. Zamora would LOVE to help you out! Just give us a DM or call to schedule your appointment today! #ergonomics #workfromhome #posturematters #posturecorrection #zoomlife #school #education #chiropractor #chirofacts #selfcare See more
