Master Tung’s 4 Horses Acupoints. How would you feel if for SEVEN years you had suffered of generalized pruritus, or intractable itching all over your body, all of the time and countless visits to primary MDs, Dermatologists, Allergists and Immunologists with various treatments had not translated into relief? It only took 1 session where I identified the root of his problem, changed few things from his diet, gave him some exercises to deal with some buried emotions and put three needles on both his thighs for 30 minutes, and Voila! I love my job and I love to change people’s lives with integrative medicine#chinesedoctor#acupunctureisnotonlyforpain#mastertung#generalizedpruritus#acupunctureworks#tcms

Ma Huang, Rou Gui, Gan Zao. Chinese herbs and essential oils such as Eucalyptus, Cardamon, Frankincense, Geranium, Rosemary, Oregano, Siberian Fir, Peppermint, On Guard, Melaleuca and more. Backed up by hundreds of research studies on their benefits for treatment and prevention of upper respiratory infections. I have them in tea, roll ons, or concentrated form, and in different sizes. If you need them, send me a message. #traditionalchinesemedicine #traditionalchinese #chineseherbs #essentialoils#acupuncturerocks #covid-19#lunghealth#mahuang#cinnamonbark#rougui#peppermintessentialoil#frankincenseessentialoil #chinesedoctor

By this shall men know ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. (John 13:35 ) I thought my days in the Peace corps were over, but I have enlisted again to serve. If they need me, I’ll be there. And for family and friends who may be concerned, I will not put ANYONE in danger, including myself.

Eggs with tomatillo sauce and lots of onions for Lung health. Chinese doctors know that what we need to get healthy most often we will find in our fridge or planted in our garden. We just need to know how to prepare and consume our food. #nutritionbasedon5elements#chinesemedicine#acupuncturerocks#covid19#dontpanicitsorganic #eatwell #chinesedoctor

COVID-19. What we need to know in a nutshell. The most common presenting symptoms are: fever, sore throat, mild headache and dry cough. The virus is transmitted by sustained (15-20 minutes)contact with someone with the disease or someone who though asymptomatic will develop the disease shortly. It is transmitted from our contaminated hands to our face. Keeping a distance of 6 feet from anyone, and wearing a mask when in closed quarters, reduce the small risk of inhaling the v...irus present in the air. Best prevention is to wash your hands before you touch your face. Stay indoors if you can. Go to the hospital only if on top of the presenting symptoms you develop shortness of breath. If you develop a fever, isolate yourself from your family for 2-3 days until you know if it is a cold or the COVID-19. Do not hug. Do not kiss. Do not touch anyone. And do not overly stress over this. Sleep well. Eat well. Do mild exercise to move your Qi and blood. And if you need to see me for herbal formulas or treatment. The words seemed to flash before my eyes. I WANT TO TELL YOU I’M PREGNANT! If ever there was a time I needed reassurance about the kind of work I do, and how this can impact the lives of so many, was yesterday when I made the decision to close my practice for a time during this crisis we face now with COVID-19. I am grateful for the gifts Heaven has bestowed on me and the opportunity to use them to help others reach wellness. I am still available through text, WhatsApp, Skype and telephone and will be offering consultations at reduced fees. I am still near if you need me.#infertility#acupunctureworks #acupunctureandinfertility#chinesemedicineismorethanneedles#chinesedoctor#nutritionbasedonfiveelements #wearewhatweeat#COVID-19

I Am One Step Ahead of You, Babe!Be prepared and do not panic. Chronic stress can overproduce cortisol, a hormone from the adrenal cortex which can then affect our immune system by preventing the production of inflammatory mediators and decreasing the body’s lymphocytes, which are the white cells in our blood that fight off infection. Lack of toilet paper will not kill, folks. But stressing about it, may.#acupuncture#chinesedoctorsremainchilled#keepyourQiflowing#chinesemedicine#thereareotheroptions#bethesolutiontoaproblemalways

Yesterday, a patient brought me a clip published by a local clinic where rehab therapy is performed in which they claim that as western physicians/therapists they are the only ones qualified to use needles to treat muscle pain since their method is the only one evidence based as opposed to acupuncture where needles are used only to move energy in channels. Well, as someone who had the privilege to practice western medicine for several years and is trained on both western ...and eastern medicine, and well aware of the strengths and weaknesses in EACH of these sciences, I will NOT stoop as low as they have and speak evil about other practitioners, but I will just state the facts. My training in Chinese medicine entailed 4 years of didactic training in nutrition, herbology, history of Chinese medicine, functional medicine, biomedical learning, healing exercises and massage among many other subjects, as well as more than 1500 hours of acupuncture training only, just so I could graduate. These particular professionals took a class of 30-50 hours to learn how to use acupuncture needles. By speaking slanderous misinformed statements against other health practitioners they only reveal their petty personalities. Let us work together on behalf of the wellness of the patient population by respecting each other’s knowledge and expertise. By saying my method is better than yours we only sound foolish and immature. Let us grow up, people!#bytheirfruitsyeshallknowthem#tcm#chinesemedicineworks #acupunctureismorethanjustneedles #acupunctureworks #chinesemedicineisscience See more

Relationships end. Loved ones leave. Plans change. Cycles close. Yet, I believe there are no endings, only rebirths. Treasuring my past, like the Phoenix, I rise from the ashes time and time again. This is just my opinion...#wisdomcomeslate#ohyesIcan#chinesemedicine#rebirthsaregood#IamadaughterofGod#Istillmatter

It Is When We Acknowledge Our Weaknesses That We Discover Our Strengths. So when you feel like quitting, stop, take a deep breath, keep doing the little things which keep you strong, and you will get to the other side. By swimming, paddling or merely floating, but you will get there. So let it be written, so let it be done#positivethinking#positiveemotions#yesIcan#chinesemedicineworks #emotionsmatter
