Pretty harsh language, and not always a big Bill Maher fan, but his points here are worth considering.

Ok, I’ve got a few things to say about all this fear and disease No one is talking about the truth of health My heart goes out to those in Italy and New York o...r anywhere were people live so close together, smoke like chimneys, drink like fish and generally don’t live healthy lifestyles. Generally I am not afraid. Not for myself Does anyone who knows me think for one second I should be afraid of something that by the worst projection could kill 0.5%? When I always maintain my health closer to the 100th percentile? Please join me. Truly Now more than ever take care of yourselves. Eat right, stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, exercise prudently, get a little sunlight, take c, d and zinc. Eat a little raw fermented food. Juice something And we’ll all look back on this as the beginning of taking our health to new heights.

It’s a beautiful day! Eat right, get rest, stay hydrated, keep up your regular exercise, avoid large crowds if possible. Be well
