Habit stacking is a an approach you can take to create your self care habits. The concept behind habit stacking is if you stack a new habit onto an existing habit, you’re more likely to remember it and stick to it. If you begin to link small behaviors together, you can build a consistent routine. Focus on the small wins each day. Swipe through the examples and comment below what habit stack you’re going to start with!

How do we work on creating habits and honoring our time with ourselves? Starting next week we’re going to do this together! I’ll walk you through step-by-step. When we keep a promise to ourselves and stick to our daily habits and intentions, we’re sending an important message to our psyche...I am valuable and worthy of this self care. Todays tip...pick one question every morning and let’s start there.

Hi all! Dropping by for a quick intro to all of the new folks on my page. I’m Dr. Lilit, a Los Angeles based Clinical Psychologist specializing in Self-Care and Relationship Attachment Styles. I’m a modern psychologistmeaning I don’t have you lay down on my couch and stare at you in silence. I’m on social media, I encourage therapy for EVERYONE, I welcome humor and cursing in sessions, I offer teletherapy, and I don’t constantly asking you how does that make you feel? ...I work with young professionals, Millennials and Gen Z’ who struggle in understanding themselves in relationships, question their abilities and skills, and have guilt prioritizing their needs and their self-care. My goal is to help you learn as much as you can about yourself to be able to cope BEFORE things become too overwhelming and to bring you insight in all things wellness #growyourinsight See more

Gratitude is not meant to override the pain, the hard, the tough stuff. It’s meant to reveal that alongside the hard, we can still discover and be present to joy Gratitude is about seeking and discovering the joy that already exists. It’s so easy for us to focus on the hard, and the hard is important to acknowledge. But gratitude helps us seek joy in the life we are already living. I encourage you all to make gratitude a practice, today and everyday.

It’s ok to feel disappointed and grateful about how the holidays look this year. You’re allowed to feel both emotions
