My daughter and I love to ground ourselves by watching the sunsets by the ocean. She calls them her Rainbow Skies and loves everything about rainbows. Up until now I had never really seen them that way. Rainbows are reflected back to us in nature through water, glass, prisms, and even the human body through the Chakra system. Chakra literally means wheel and represents an energy center at each level of the body. Each level of the chakra system is represented by a corresponding color of the rainbow.
