Remember, now more than ever eating to live is crucial. Your immunity needs to be strong and your gut needs to be healthy so that body can protect you against ...harmful organisms. Our bodies intuitively know how to heal. We just need to put the right foods in our body. Preparing your own meals is usually healthier than packaged foods as you control the ingredients. Here is a good start. 1. Eat greens, beans, mushrooms, onions, garlic & vegetables, & other plant sources of proteins. 2. Eating fruit, berries, citrus fruits and nuts. (Only a handful of nuts a day). 3. Drink herbal teas or infused water with rosemary, lemon, cucumbers. 4. If you must eat meat, eat wild fish and only 1-2 xs a week. 5. Avoid foods with added sugar. 6. Avoid alcohol beverages. 7. How about starting a garden? Try herbs if you have limited space in your home and other vegetables can be planted outside in pots or in the ground. 9. Laugh a lot 10. We can't control the outside environment, but w...e can control most of what goes into our bodies. See the list of foods and spices with decent amounts of these micronutrients. Also, enclosed is a Published medical abstract which points out the function of these 2 minerals in our immune system.
