Tomorrow marks the 2 year anniversary of the death of my Grandma Ramona. There is no doubt she saved my life-- If not in a literal sense, certainly figuratively. She created the place that allowed me to be me and that eventually led to me helping you. Pictured here is her actual medication list on her stationary, and in her own writing. It's incredibly motivating for me to see this periodically both personally and professionally. That's 4 different blood pressure meds ...folks and 11 total! We only saw kidney failure sneaking up on her for 50 years...Later this week I will be posting a video diving into this topic in more detail. Yes death is inevitable. Still-- we have so much control over our quality of life. I want to share with you her story and another one that could help you and your loved ones avoid a similar fate. These things don't happen overnight and sadly every day I see folks on different versions of the same journey at different checkpoints.
