This is a 50 y/o patient who desired improvement of the appearance of her lower abdomen and buttocks. After prior C-section, she had developed a roll of fat above her scar that she was unhappy with. She also wanted to improve the flatness of her buttocks. In her pre-op photos she has a fairly boxy shape of her hips. After abdominoplasty and liposuction to her waist, she is now more curvaceous. This is a 44 y/o male who sustained a laceration of his nose after a grinder kicked back and hit him in the face. The injury was full-thickness through the skin. The underlying cartilage was exposed but intact. The laceration was washed out and repaired. In the photo he is 6 weeks out.
