I never thought I’d be that mom with a toddler working out but here I AM!!! Giving 18-30 minutes to myself- how could I not?! This goes BEYOND self care: it’s taps into LIFE LESSONS for my family. I was so tired: it was 4 minutes of these ! But I got to tell him in between my huffs and puffs: This is hard for me but I’m still trying my best... 2nd dose vaccine update: A sore arm was expected but it got me feeling drained after work for 3 days. So much so, I couldn’t muster up energy to workout or do my usual at home duties. no chills no fever no body aches ... yes to fatigue I got it on Monday and by Friday I was feeling back to normal and relieved that my dose is complete.
