March Workshop: Being Skillful in Eating Disorder Recovery 3/21/20 10 am to 12 pm at the Eating Disorder Collaborative lead by Terryann Sanders, LMFT. To signup contact Terryann at [email protected] or call 408-410-9370. This workshop will provide tools that help you manage distress instead of turning to eating disorder behaviors as a means of coping. Focus will be on understanding the relationships between your thoughts, feelings and eating disorder behaviors, and finding your "Wise Mind" to decrease distress and make better decisions.

Parenting is tough! Remember it’s ok to have needs too and to advocate that they get met.

Happy to announce I am starting the new year in a new office space located in Roseville. The move will allow me to work closely with three other eating disorder specialists (two therapists and a registered dietitian). I'll still be operating my private practice as usual, but sharing a space with others who share my specialty and interests will allow me more opportunity for consultation and professional growth. Check out the website for more information www.eatingdisordercollaborative.com
