Beat the heat by following these basic tips: 1. Stay hydrated and water is best (always). 2. Stay indoors at the hottest time of day noon-3pm 3. Limit strenuous activities or working out to early in the am or at dusk. 4. Don't push it.... 5. Always listen to your body and look for cues. If you feel like you need a break, take it. Stay cool out there.
