We will be nearing two years since having to deal with the city and how they think our lawsuit is "frivolous." We are damned if we will and damned if we won't. Let me give you the skinny- the city imposed unconstitutional conditions for us to open namely from Tuesday-Saturday 11 am to 6 pm and Closed on Sunday. That's right, they can't confirm or deny that this is wrong and they have prevented us from opening while they took our money to apply for a crap ordinance which I have been on record to change since 2007. Albeit, they've improved but they're still wrong and no one is taking responsibility for the continued suffering and loss of livelihood that we've endured. Does anyone know writers for the Press Telegram or the LA Times?
