Hello to all our patients and their families REOPENING INFO!!! We hope you and your family in good health and are therefore prepared to resume elective procedures on June 1st, 2020. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. If you had an appointment scheduled from March to May 27th-... a staff member will be contacting you. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. We have emailed all of our patients to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe. Dear Parents, Patients, and Families, We are devastated by the unprecedented state of the COVID-19 crisis and want to be sure that we lead the charge in doing what is right by our immediate community, our patients and our team. In an effort to mitigate the spread of this virus, we are voluntarily suspending all non-emergent dental treatment effective March 18th, we will reopen May 5th. We sincerely hope you understand how difficult of a decision this was to make as doctor, ...a mother and as a small business owner responsible for the livelihood of my amazing dental team and all of your children. We are currently working on our response plan, but want to assure you that we will resume our patient care the moment it is safe to do so. Dr. Dail and staff will be on call during this time, to ensure that your children's dental health needs are met. If you have appointments in the next few days you will be hearing from someone on our team. Please join us in our effort to reach the end of this uncertain time sooner than later by limiting time outside your home and doing your best not to interact with others to the extent possible. All data shows that staying home and limiting interaction is the best way to stop the spread of this virus and to "flatten the curve."
