I was recently asked if we have the lowest fees. I wrote a long honest response that i decided would be valuable for all to hear. "I wanted to follow up and be sure that you are satisfied with the information that my staff and the answering service provided for you. It sounds as though you have an original estimate and are obtaining a second opinion on the fee for a gold crown. We are not striving to be the lowest cost provider in the dental community. We have very reasonabl...e rates and are proud of the excellence and professionalism of service we provide. We strive to be the most generous in terms of service to the needy of our community. We serve at a homeless mission on skidrow in Los Angeles providing dental administration and denture services. We are also a participant in the state welfare program. All that to say, if you come to us and find that there is a less expensive place, your extra fees are going to service those in extreme poverty. We don't profit year over year, as an old three generation organization we have sufficient resources to run our practice in a break even manner.
