Today the love of my life and I celebrate 15 years of our once-in-a-lifetime-love. We have cultivated a lifestyle that says, I chose you daily. I can’t stop thinking about how awesome my wife and kids are. Last Saturday, we decided to break in our new bikes and set out to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge together. @brandifano and I sold the Fano Farm! What an amazing season it has been while living in our dream-come-true California farmhouse. We went all in from zero animals to over 25 roaming our 8 acres of land, worked our tails off growing our own food, and enjoyed watching our sunsets and rainbows over the mountains - all this while remodeling this gem of a house. It looked nothing like it does now. The 5 of us saw the potential of this old house with million dollar views and... poured all our love and creativity into it. Since Brandi and I were married, we had this exact home on our dream board and it feels incredible to leave it knowing we made it a reality and enjoyed the journey of it all. We even made history when we sold it. We are confident that the new owner will make it even better. I truly believe life is happening for us and not to us. One of my goals as a chiropractor is to overly communicate to my patients. Patient education is a high priority, because when a patient understands their own body - they make powerful health decisions. Pictured above shows a patient what to do before an adjustment and after an adjustment. The most important recommendation for my patients to after their adjustment is to walk 3-5 minutes. This allows the spinal discs to pump fluids back in and push inflammation out of the t...issues.
