This lovely patient went through the process of dissolving her fillers then getting a lip lift. The top photo shows the distortion of color and shape as well as the hooding caused by Juvederm. The second photo was taken following dissolving of the filler, resulting in a more natural lip. The third photo is 8 months following a deep plane upper lip lift, restoring the shape, tooth show and vermillion color to what it used to be. Procedure: UPDATED PHOTOS: This lovely patient is now 9 months out from a 9mm modified upper lip lift and corner lifts. CO2 laser was used to smooth the wrinkles that would appear after removing the fillers in her philtrum. Pay attention to the improvement in color of the skin, the slope of the lips from the side views and how much more relaxed her smile is. She no longer needs filler.
