You can imagine how difficult something like that would be. . This is a pretty standard case for our office. Resting comfortably under oral conscious sedation, we were able to do all the hard work in one visit: extractions, implant placement, and grafting where needed. The patient left with a temporary healing denture while we waite...d a few months for gum healing and implant integration. .
